Yog Kaivalyam is run by Dr. Himanshu Pathak, who is a Doctor by profession and a Yoga expert. After continuing as a practicing doctor for years, there came a moment when he decided that quite a few diseases can not be cured by medication only. There is some link missing in this treatment. So he underwent training at the Yoga Institute located at Santacruz, Mumbai - the oldest Yoga institute in the world. He also did extensive research on the effectiveness of Yoga in diabetes and cardiac diseases.

Dr. Himanshu Pathak is a qualified medical practitioner and well-experienced yoga trainer - a unique and perfect combination for the type of work he is doing. Big corporate houses like NTPC, L&T, Gujarat Gas, Essar Power, ColourTex has immensely benefited from his Stress Management Programs. In addition to his published articles in print media, he has also authored a book on diet. He is soon coming out with his second book!
